Hi, I’m Mara — the founder of Maids & More, with a background in finance.

Cleaning and organization have always come naturally to me. But my journey truly began with a dream: to learn English and explore the world. I moved from Brazil to Australia as an international student and, like many others, started working in cleaning to support myself.

What started as a part-time job soon grew into a true passion.

I came to realize how deeply fulfilling it is to help people—to make their lives lighter, their homes more peaceful, and their spaces feel genuinely cared for. That’s what inspired the creation of Maids & More.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust of this community and am fully committed to delivering an exceptional, detail-focused cleaning service that truly makes a difference.

When I arrived in Melbourne, I was welcomed with open arms. The city’s warmth, diversity, and strong sense of community captured my heart, and building Maids & More became my way of giving back.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing the things I love — like exploring Melbourne’s amazing food scene with friends and family, grabbing a good coffee at a local café, or diving into a great book.
